Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, if item is available. Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 2 weeks of the order date, as each Neckiss is handmade. We use priority mail and overnight express mail to ensure reliable shipping. Please refer to the following chart for pricing:

Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return items in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of the invoice date for an exchange or store credit only.
Wrap items securely and send back to us with your invoice. Please understand that we have to adhere to this return policy and cannot make exceptions.
Sizes:
Neckisses come in a standard 16 1/2 inch length. If you would like to order a special length Neckiss, each additional length is $20. When placing your order please specify custom lengths either on the phone or online in the "special instructions" section at checkout. Custom-fitted Neckisses are not returnable or refundable. Magnetic Clasp:
Neckisses can also be worn as bracelets by wrapping around your wrist twice. All Neckisses have been tested for their holding power. These clasps are not suggested for those using a pacemaker.
